1 Cup Flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/8 tsp. Baking Powder
Boil 1/4 cup fat (oil or crisco) in oven in 8 x 8 pan. Pour mixture into fat.
Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Pour fat or meat juice over it. Lower heat to 325° for another 20 minutes. (I use 9 x 13 pan and double recipe.)
