One can black beans, rinsed
One can corn or 2-3 ears of corn, cut off
Green and/or orane pepper, diced
Chopped up green onions
5-7 grape tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Dressing:
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
