MAIN DISHES - Pork Stew

2 large pork chops, cut in bite-sized pieces
2 Andoulli sausages (boil to remove excess grease) remove casing and cut in bite-sized pieces
2 cups cabbage, cut in chunks
1-1/2 cups onions, cut in chunks
1-1/2 cups sweet peppers, cut in chunks
3/4 of a can of crushed pineapple
1 can of water chestnuts - halves or diced
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 cups chicken broth
salt, pepper and garlic to your taste.

Place all in a crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours or til cabbage is done.
