3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp vinegar
2/3 cup salad oil
2 cups water
Combine all ingredients in order. Mix by hand only. Do not grease pan, 9 x 13. Bake 350 for 35 min.
