DESSERTS - Pudding Jello Salad Dessert


1 (3-oz) pkg vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 (3-oz) pkg strawberry jello
3 cups cold water
1 30 oz. can fruit cocktail
1 (8 or 9-oz) Cool Whip

Mix pudding and jello with water.  Stir well and heat to boil only.  Remove from stove and cool in refrigerator for several hours.  Then add well drained fruit cocktail and fold in Cool Whip.  Mix, but do not heat.  Refrigerate.  Serve.

I use sugar free jello, pudding and Cool Whip.
