SALADS - Summer Salad

1/2  Cup Celery, Chopped
1/2 Cup Red Pepper, Chopped
1/2 Cup Onion, Chopped

1/2 Cup Sugar
1  Cup Seasoned rice vinegar
12 Stalks Fresh Dill
1/4 Cup Oil

Mix all together and let it set for 12 hours.
