CASSEROLES - Spinach-Cheese Bake

2 - 16 oz. frozen chopped spinach
4 eggs, beaten
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut in 1/2" cubes
8 oz. processed cheese, cut in 1/2" cubs
3 T minced onion
4 T all-purpose flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt.

Topping:

1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup fine bread crumbs
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (3 oz.)

Cook spinach according to directions on package, drain. Stir in flour, Stir in eggs, cheese cubes, butter, onion and salt. Prepare topping and sprinkle over spinach mxture.  Bake in 350° oven until bubbly (about 30 - 45 minutes).  Makes 12 servings.
