MAIN DISHES - Swiss Steak Italiano

3 lb beef chuck roast
1/2 c sliced onions
3/4 c sliced carrots
3/4 c sliced celery
1 can spaghetti sauce

Put meat in roasting pan; cover with vegetables & spaghetti sauce; roast 3 hours at 300.
