1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 large can hominy - drained
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
Brown meat, onions, garlic. Stir to keep meat crumbly. Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce & hominy. turn into casserole and top with cheese. Bake at 325 for 1 hr. 4-6 servings.
